Shipping & Returns

UK Shipping

All items are subject to availability. We offer FREE delivery service to the United Kingdom only through our website. Should any orders be placed from outside the United Kingdom, your order will be cancelled and any monies paid refunded. If you wish to purchase our products from outside the United Kingdom please send us an email to info@electroworm.co.uk

We will endeavour to send your order within 2 to 3 working days of ordering, stock permitting. Large orders may take up to 4 to 5 working days.Should there be a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you and advise expected dispatch time. If we ship your item with a tracking number we will inform you when we confirm dispatch to you. Please notify us within 7 days of dispatch notification if your item has not been received.

International Shipping (New)

International shipping via DHL / Fedex is now available for a small charge. This service doesn't include local country custom charges which buyers are liable for. International shipping is the 'Flat Rate' option before check out, which must be selected. International customers will be informed of the shipping company used along with tracking number once order is completed.

Returns

If you feel you need to return or exchange an item based upon the guidelines below, we will gladly accommodate you. You may return your purchases with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of dispatch. If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a credit note to the value. It is your right to cancel your order within 5 working days of receipt of the goods by notifying us of your intentions.  In this case please email support@electroworm.co.uk

General Returns

Once we receive your return you will be refunded with the price of the item minus a £4.50 handling charge 4 working days of receipt. Postage for returns to be paid for by the customer.

Faulty Goods Returns

When we receive your return it will be tested to check the fault. If it is found to be faulty the product will either be replaced or refunded at our discretion with no extra costs.
